Staff Scientist – Drug development/Cell Signaling.  The candidate should have a Ph.D. in biological or pharmaceutical sciences with 2-4 years industry or postdoctoral experience in drug discovery and development.  The candidate should have experience in small molecule drug discovery and development from screening assays through in vivo characterization of compounds.  Applicants should have extensive experience conducting original scientific research to investigate the molecular mechanisms of action of drug candidates as well as designing and establishing in vitro assays for preclinical discovery programs.  Previous research experience investigating the NF-kB pathway considered a plus.  The candidate must be able to function as part of a drug discovery team to communicate results, develop and execute strategy for project in collaboration with senior management.
